With Astro-Cell Plus, We Won't Burst Your Bubble

Our standard bubble pack is now Astro-Cell Plus.  This air cellular packaging material employs a thin, co-extruded barrier film that is 100 times more resistant to the passage of air.  Most standard bubble is makde from a single layer of polyethylene, but our "Plus" product retains its air and cushioning power much longer and under greater pressure.  Stronger, lighter and more flexible than the competitive non-barrier bubble, Astro-Cell Plus is perfect for the intermediate shipping cycle.

Bubble is sold by the bundle, which is either 48" or 72" wide.  We can slit your bubble in house with our custom slitter.  For example, you can order a bundle of 48" wide bubble slit to 4 rolls that are 12" wide.  Bubble can also be cross-perforated across the width of the bundle.  Standard increments of cross perforation are 12", but custom perforations are readily available as well.
